Notice of the Authority of Qianhai of the Shenzhen Municipality of Issuing the “Measures of the Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone on Foreign Investment Incentives”
On 11 March 2024, the Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen Municipality issued the “Measures of the Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone on Foreign Investment Incentives” (“the Measures”). The Measures are applicable to the review and approval of foreign investment funds in Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone. For foreign-invested enterprises with newly investment of more than USD 5 million in Qianhai Cooperation Zone in previous year, a reward of up to RMB 30 million will be provided on a yearly basis. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan enterprises will be subject to the same provisions as foreign-invested enterprises. The Measures will be effective from 25 March 2024 and will be valid for 3 years.
