Notice on implementation rules for special funds for supporting financial industry development valid until 31 December 2020.

The Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone has issued a notice on the implementation rules for special funds for supporting financial industry development (trial) on 20 August 2019. The rules set out the types of financial enterprise, basic conditions for application and approval, and performance restrictions. The rules propose a number of incentive policies based on the types of enterprise and type of business, including financial incentives, issuance fee support and other subsidies. These rules have been trialled on 20 August 2019 and will be valid until 31 December 2020.
