Notice on Guidelines on the Opening of the Transportation and Logistics Industry in Nansha Area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone (2019 Edition) (Sui Nan Kai Shang Wu Han [2019] No.105)

The guidelines set out 27 specific management measures for the 6 major transportation and logistics industries, including the establishment of foreign investment institutions, the management of foreign investments, etc.

Guangzhou Nansha Bureau of Commerce, Guangzhou Nansha Port Development Zone Office and Guangzhou Port Authority Harbour Branch has jointly issued a notice on guidelines on the opening of the transportation and logistics industry in Nansha area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone (2019 Edition) on 19 April 2019. The guidelines set out 27 specific management measures for the 6 major transportation and logistics industries, including the establishment of foreign investment institutions, the management of foreign investments, etc. If there are more favourable opening measures for investors in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, they will be implemented in accordance with the relevant agreements.
