Notice on the Implementation of the “3 Districts and 1 Centre” Strategic Deployment, Optimization and Upgrading of the “1+1+10” Industrial Policy System Document in Guangzhou Nansha New District (Free Trade Zone) (Sui Nan Kai Guan Ban Gui [2020] No.1)
To promote Nansha to become a high-quality free trade pilot zone, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao cooperation demonstration zone and other centres, the document optimizes 12 “1+1+10” industrial policy system documents issued in 2017 by supplementing supporting polices of some emerging formats and emerging fields.
The Guangzhou Nansha Development Zone Management Committee Office and the Guangzhou Nansha District People’s Government Office issued a notice on the implementation of the “3 Districts and 1 Centre” strategic deployment, optimization and upgrading of the “1+1+10” industrial policy system document in Guangzhou Nansha New District (Free Trade Zone) on 20 February 2020. In order to promote Nansha to become a high-quality free trade pilot zone, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao cooperation demonstration zone and other centres, the document optimizes 12 “1+1+10” industrial policy system documents issued in 2017 by supplementing supporting polices of some emerging formats and emerging fields. The main contents of the optimization include supplementary explanations or the support of new formats such as modern service industry, technological innovation industry, and financial service industry, clarification of the relevant reward ratios, optimizationof the implementation process and adjustment of some difficult-to-operate policy provisions. This notice came into force on 1 January 2020 and would be valid until 31 December 2021.
