Notice on Issuance of Implementation Measures for Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Guangzhou

To accelerate the building of strong city of technology innovation, facilitate the process of innovation and construct an efficient system for transformation of scientific and technological achievements, Guangzhou Science and Technology Bureau has issued the “Implementation Measures on Commercialization of Scientific and Technological Achievements”.

The implementation covers 5 areas:
(1) Unblock the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements;
(2) Improve the incentive mechanism for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;
(3) Improve the service system for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;
(4) Create a regional hub for market-oriented technology transfer;
(5) Create an innovative ecological environment for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
