Shenzhen Municipal Commerce Bureau published the Notice of Issuing the Guidelines for the Application of Funds (Foreign Investment and Cooperation Funding Matters) in 2022 on 1 August 2022.

The supporting scope includes to promote the steady development of foreign investment, strengthen the integration of trade and investment, encourage enterprises in investment, mergers and acquisitions in the areas of high-quality agricultural products, energy resources, raw materials, advanced equipment, components and technologies, expand foreign investment and cooperation in new energy and mining, green economy, digital economy and other areas, and boost the domestic circulation. The application is open from 1 August 2022 to 26 August 2022.
