Notice from Jiangmen Municipal Commerce Bureau on Several Measures to Promote the Development of E-commerce in Jiangmen (Jiang Shang Wu Fu Mao [2020] No.55)
To promote the development of e-commerce in Jiangmen. The scope of support includes incentives for the construction of e-commerce demonstration projects and subsidies for cross-border e-commerce customs clearance and logistics costs, etc.
The Jiangmen Municipal Commerce Bureau has issued a notice on several measures to promote the development of e-commerce in Jiangmen on 31 July 2020. The measures clarify matters such as the targets of support, the scope of support, application, approval procedures and performance management. The scope of support includes incentives for the construction of e-commerce demonstration projects, the construction of e-commerce industrial parks, e-commerce industrial parks to introduce online businesses to settle down in the form of one site with multiple licenses and the construction of rural e-commerce service systems. It also provides subsidies for cross-border e-commerce customs clearance and logistics costs, training venues, teacher fees for training activity operators and e-commerce companies and industry organizations participating in national e-commerce exhibitions. The measures came into force on 1 September 2020 and would be valid until 31 December 2022.
