Public Notice on “Interim Measures Issuing the Measures on Accreditation for Talents and Financial Subsidy of Individual Income Tax for Talents in Zhuhai (Consultation Paper)” for Public Consultation

The Finance Bureau of Zhuhai Municipality published the Interim Measures for public consultation. Specific measures include offering individual income tax (“IIT”) financial subsidies to high-level talents and talents with short supply working in the Zhuhai Administrative Region for the portion exceeding 15% of their taxable income. The above financial subsidy will be exempted from IIT. The Measures are effective from 01 January 2019 and last for 1 year.
