Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Foreign Investment Regulations

Under the Regulations of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Foreign Investment adopted by the standing committee of the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress on 30 August, foreign‑invested enterprises are encouraged to increase investments, including those in R&D, and to expand production capacity. The regulations, which include investment access and facilitation measures, shall take effect on 1 November.
