The Management Commission of the Binhai New Area in Dongguan has issued the “Supporting Policies on Promoting Technology Innovative Development on Binhai New Area in Dongguan (Draft for Public Consultation)” and “Supporting Policies on Facilitating Development of Innovative companies with elite specialized characteristics in Binhai New Area in Dongguan (Draft for Public Consultation)” on 21 Nov 2022.
The proposed supporting policies include financial incentives for nationally recognized innovation enterprises, housing and family support for talents and financial support on R&D.
