Notice on Issuance of “Measures to Facilitate Foreign Trade and Smooth Supply Chain”

8 departments, Guangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau, Guangzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Guangzhou Municipal Transportation Bureau, Guangzhou Municipal Market Regulatory Administration, Guangzhou Port Authority, Guangzhou Airport Economic Zone Management Committee, China Customs and Huangpu Customs have jointly issue the “Measures to Facilitate Foreign Trade and Smooth Supply Chain” on 24th Mar 2022.
The document include 13 measures to
(i) solve the problem of information asymmetry between foreign trade enterprise and logistic companies and facilitate matching of supply and demand on logistic services;
(ii) Increase the cargo handling capacities for Land, Sea and Air freight, improve logistics infrastructures and enhance the capacity of Guangzhou as an international logistic hub;
(iii) Provoke innovation to enhance supply chain logistics industries.
