Opinions on Building Business Innovation Pilot Zone Supporting High Quality Development of Mordern Service Indusrty in Luohu District in Shenzhen

The Office of Shenzhen Luohu District People's Government has issued the "Opinions on Building Business Innovation Pilot Zone Supporting High Quality Development of Mordern Service Indusrty in Luohu District in Shenzhen" ("Opinion") on 22 Nov 2022.

The first part of the Opinions is the overall requirement and development goals. The second part includes 26 opinions on five areas in building cross border cooperation platform for economic related rules and mechanism, policy innovation and accumulating key elements for high quality development of modern service industry, promoting relaxation of market entrance and constructing efficient market mechanism and activating the internationalized, market based and law based business environment. The third part include protection measures for long term development of the Building Business Innovation Pilot Zone.
