"Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of New R&D Institutions” issued by General Affairs Office of the Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government

The General Affairs Office of the Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government issued the "Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of New R&D Institutions" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions") on June 29, 2023.

As a guiding document, the "Opinions" focus on the "five major functions" of technology supply, talent introduction, achievement transformation, business incubation, and financial empowerment, and strive to strengthen the technological innovation and industrial support capabilities of new R&D institutions, and build world-class new R&D institutions.
